The Kenosha Women's Network board is structured as described below:

Kenosha Women's Network Executive Committee
The Kenosha Women's Network Executive Committee consists of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, immediate past president, and chairpersons of the standing committees.  The Executive Committee is responsible for the management, policy making, and guidance of Kenosha Women's Network.  Officers and the duties of each are listed below.

  • President
    2010 President -  Kathy Cole
    The president presides at all meetings of Kenosha Women's Network and of the Executive Committee, and performs all duties incident to the office of the president.  The president may create such ad hoc committees, in addition to the standing committees, as may be necessary to carry out the objectives of the organization.  Such committees shall dissolve 60 days after completion of their purpose, unless extended by the president.  The president appoints the chairpersons of each committee.
     
  • Past President - Immediate
    Teresa Maerzke 

    The immediate past president serves as a member of the Executive Committee for a one-year term.
     
  • Vice President
    2010 Vice President -  Lorna Bacle

    The vice president performs the duties of the president in the president's absence.  The vice president is responsible for the operations of the organization, including the planning and execution of programs and speakers for the meetings.
